I have no idea re: proportions, but there are plenty of both out there, and to a large degree a guy will get back that which he's putting out in the world. If he's focused on finding Annas, and he's a quality guy, he'll find them. If he's focused on finding hot girls who want to have sex adventures, and he's a quality guy, he'll find them.
